The Flow
A vinyasa flow class that moves slower, holds postures for longer, and includes more emphasis on hip mobility and movement. The use of blocks and straps is encouraged to create more space to hold, breathe, and find space in the poses. We practice ujjayi breath. The Flow is our most popular class, it often sells out. This is a low lit class, taught to music. It is good for beginners to hot yoga and can still be challenging for all.
