Guidelines
This is how we all have a good time together

Once class begins, please put your phone away so everyone can switch off and be fully in it together.

When you book a class, we hope you will stay through to the end. Slipping out early is disruptive to the teacher and the people practicing around you.

Before your first class, set up an online profile, sign your waiver, and add a pass or membership. Our classes fill quickly, so book your spot before you head over.

These classes begin in quiet, and a late arrival breaks that for the whole room. The doors close right at the start time, so please come a few minutes early.

If you arrive after class has started, you may find the door locked. Our teachers begin on time so that everyone already on their mat gets the full class.

Cancel through your online account at least three hours before the start time. Late cancellations and no shows are automatically charged a $10 fee.

Our regular classes are open to anyone aged 15 and up only.

Our passes, memberships, gift cards, merchandise, and trainings are all final sale, so please choose with that in mind.

We do not have a phone at the studio, so email is the best way to reach us. Send us a note anytime at hello@thelineage.ca and we will get back to you quickly.

The lobby is a space for members coming and going from class. Please do not leave children or family members waiting while you practice. They are always welcome to meet you once class is done.

We love that you rode here. Please lock your bike or scooter up outside, as we are not able to store them indoors.

You are welcome to hang out after class. We just ask that you head out within 30 minutes of it ending, since we lock up between sessions.

You can be added to a class any time up to one hour before it begins. If you can no longer attend, you must remove yourself from the waitlist, as no show and late cancellation fees will apply.

We clear out our lost and found on the last day of each month and donate whatever has not been claimed. Please grab your things before then.

This is a room full of familiar faces. Members who know each other, instructors who remember you, and a bond that turns a class into something more.

Nobody here is an outsider, no matter how new you are. The studio is built so that everyone who walks in feels they were always meant to be here.

We do what we say, and we teach what we know. The work is real, the standards are high, and trust is earned in every class.
