Privacy
The Lineage respects your privacy. This explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. We follow Canada's privacy law, PIPEDA.
What we collect
- Your name, email, and phone number
- Your payment details, handled by our booking system. We never store your card number
- Your class bookings and attendance
- Which emails you open or click, through our email tool
- Basic website data, like which pages you visit
- Anything you send us through a form
Why we collect it
- To run your account and book your classes
- To take payment
- To send you updates you asked for
- To make the studio and website better
Who we share it with
We use trusted companies to run parts of the studio. They only see what they need to do their job.
- Mindbody Runs our booking and payments
- Klaviyo Sends our emails
- Google Analytics Shows us how the website is used
- Google Workspace Runs our email accounts
We do not sell your information. Ever.
Your choices
You can ask to see what we have about you. You can ask us to fix it. You can ask us to stop emailing you at any time. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link.
Email consent
We only email you if you said yes. This follows CASL, Canada's email consent law.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information.

These are the rules for using our website and booking with us. By using this site, you agree to them.
Booking and payment
You book and pay through our system, Mindbody. Our booking, cancellation, and membership rules are in our Community Guidelines.
Prices
Prices can change. The prices on this site are the current ones.
Our content
The Lineage name, logo, words, and images belong to us. Please do not copy or use them without our permission.
Your health
Our classes are physical activity. Please talk to your doctor before you start if you have any health concerns. Tell your teacher about any injury or condition before class. You take part at your own risk. You also sign a separate waiver when you join.
Our responsibility
We do our best to keep the studio and site running well. We are not responsible for problems outside our control.
The law
These terms follow the laws of Ontario, Canada.

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the current one.

Accessibility
The Lineage wants everyone to use our website and feel welcome in our studio.
Our goal
We aim to meet a common accessibility standard called WCAG 2.0 Level AA. This helps people who use screen readers, keyboards, or other tools.
