In yoga and Pilates, a lineage is a chain of teachers through whom a method is carried forward. Teacher to student. Year to year. Earned over time, not manufactured. Sarah has taught for twelve-plus years and built teacher trainings across the network. Those students now teach. Their students now practice. That thread is real — and it is ours.
